  • Customer support information including the information you choose to include in communications with us, for example, when sending a message through the Services.

Some features of the Services may require you to directly provide us with certain information about yourself. You may elect not to provide this information, but doing so may prevent you from using or accessing these features.

7 Day Return Option for original Prints

Have confidence in selecting and purchasing your artwork online.

We love creating these original artworks, and our wish is that collectors who purchase them love them as well. This is why we offer collectors 7 days from the date of delivery to hang and view the artwork in their home or office space, with the option of returning the artwork if you don’t love it on your wall.

To return an original artwork, the original packaging and shipping material must be used to ensure the artwork is well protected during shipping back. Please contact to arrange a return if needed. Artworks returned undamaged will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Return postage not included.

Please note: This 7 day return policy does not apply to orders to places outside Australia or fine art prints, as these are made to order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
certain types of items cannot be returned, like print to order merchandise and A1 and A2 art prints. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
